Problems We Solve
Every team has their own version of the same number
Ask finance and ask CRM what the NGR was last month. You will get two different answers. Both teams are right by their own logic. Neither answer is useful — because without a single source of truth, every meeting starts with reconciliation before it can start with decisions.
The root cause
Different teams apply different filters, time grains, calculation logic and currency conversions to the same business concept. Finance excludes cancelled bonuses. CRM includes them. Trading measures margin on settled bets. The BI team counts voided bets differently. Each version is internally consistent. Collectively, they are noise.
One governed semantic layer
We build a governed semantic layer where every KPI is defined once — with the exact calculation logic, the filters applied, the time grain, the currency handling and the edge cases documented. That definition is what every dashboard, report, alert and model uses. When the definition needs to change, it changes in one place with a version history.
What changes
Reconciliation meetings disappear. Leadership debates move from defending numbers to acting on them. Finance, CRM, trading and casino teams can finally read the same dashboard and agree on what they see.
